This lake house rental includes kayaks and a paddle board for renter use on a seasonal basis.  Shallow water near the cottage provides for easy swimming enjoyment. Plenty of board games, corn  hole boards, and streaming cable television if desired.  Just 10 minutes  from downtown New London and 20 minutes from Mount Sunapee ski area.  Short drive to Mt. Kearsarge and other great hiking options.

Our beautiful NH lake house rental boasts an open living area and ample sleeping arrangements for 8 people, with one bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to the entire house, lawn, and swimming area in front of the cottage and a hot tub for two. Private parking with room for  multiple vehicles.

  • We have security  cameras aimed at the driveway, water, and deck.  They will not be active  during the stay.  They are for monitoring security of the property when  the cottage is not occupied. 

• Refundable - for cancellations up to 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

• Partial (50%) refund - for cancellations up to one week prior to your scheduled check-in date.

• Non-refundable - should you cancel within a week of your scheduled check-in date, the reservation is non-refundable.
